INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Warnings
This manual describes the general safety rules to be observed during any operation performed with the PASSANTE. The procedures described in the following paragraphs must be performed respecting both the execution methods indicated and the general safety rules and possibly also the safety rules for the application environment.
Handling
The weight and dimensions of the product in question allow it to be handled manually without problems. Pay particular attention that the product does not suffer impacts and/or come into contact with sharp edges and corners that could damage it irreversibly. During handling, do not pull the cable or crush it, to avoid irreversible damage.
Connection
Use with a maximum voltage of 12V – 10Ah. Electrical class: III.
The loop must be connected with one plug to the guard socket and with the other at the end to the roller. Make sure in both cases that the sockets are well tightened in their respective plugs. Where required (foil-sabre), connect the "crocodile clip" to the jacket.
Use
In the event of any anomaly/problem occurring during a phase of connection or use of the PASSANTE, immediate replacement is recommended. Once the PASSANTE has been connected, no other procedures for use are required. The product cannot be used by children under 6 years of age. The product must be used only for fencing sports

Cleaning and maintenance
Whenever deemed necessary, clean the PASSANTE from dust or other dirt that may have settled on its surface. Wipe it delicately with a dry and clean cloth.
WARNING: Do not use solvents or abrasive or corrosive detergents.
Disposal
The plastic and paper wrapping, after being removed, must be disposed of in the differentiated waste, in accordance with current regulations.
The product label shows the symbol indicated in Legislative Decree no. 49 of 14 March 2014 which implements Directive 2012/19/EU, which indicates the need to dispose of the product in separate waste, specifically in electrical and electronic waste. Refer to the waste collection center located in your area.
