Not suitable for competitions as not all the functions of a traditional wired device are guaranteed. The signalling specifications are indicated in the document "WF1- Signalling Specifications".

- It is used with the usual clothing and equipment for fencing. No clothing or connections with t-shirts or other special conductive clothing are necessary.
- Operation with rechargeable batteries. Typical battery life: approximately 45 hours of training. Battery level indication. Automatic switch-off after 20 minutes of inactivity. Charger included.
- Excellent visibility of the hit signal lights. Adjustable sound signal.
- It is possible to use a second WF1 on the same track with a repeater function, to display the hits at both ends or towards the spectators.
- 2.4GHz radio transmission. Simultaneous operation of 12 tracks without interference thanks to the possibility of selecting 12 different radio channels. This selection also allows the user to easily replace a TRANSMITTER without having to specify any code to the supplier.
- USB port for easy software updates in the event of changes to the FIE regulations; simply insert a USB stick containing the new file to perform the automatic update.
- Supplied with a case with a transparent side, which contains: the RECEIVER with signal lights, the two TRANSMITTERS used by the fencers and the battery charger.
